Valerie’s commitment to the process of improvement is exemplary; she is often available by phone in the evenings so that I can discuss any emerging concerns I have with her. Her support does not end at the inspection.  She helps to improve the wording of policies and procedures for clarity and reduced ambiguity and can provide up to date training for the staff team.  I intend to use the services of The Real Child Care Company on a regular basis to maintain the current high standards set in my nurseries.
