Valerie Jackson is the Chief Consultant and Director of this small but perfectly formed company.

The company offers confidential consultancy on topics linked to work-place standards; professionalism; staff training and development; carrying out mock inspections; worker issues; client satisfaction and managing inspections.

Anyone wishing to make use of our services will be charged at an individual rate which will be agreed prior to any formal contract. you are welcome to download an information sheet indicating how costs are worked out.

The initial communication is free.

Associate consultants and facilitators are all current CRB certificated.

Where we can, we use professionals who live within reasonable travelling distance from your organisation but are not connected with it in any way.

We can supply references from satisfied clients should you elect to use the services we offer.

Guide for use of Services

• Call or email, giving a brief outline of the problem.
• We will then contact you and spend up to 1 hour discussing the situation
• After the discussion, you will be emailed a breakdown of specific charges with the guarantee that no further expenses will be accrued unless specifcally stated during that first telephone consultation
• Dates for carrying out the work will be agreed.
• Detailed reports linked to mock inspections will be sent within one week of inspection, by email and post.
• Reports are detailed and include suggested strategies for improvement where necessary.
• Staff development and training will be carried out at weekends or during the evenings
• Invoices will be sent once reports and evaluations have been read and agreed.
• Clients have up to 14 working days to pay. There is no VAT
